The worst HOA management company in Houston. Lazy isn’t a good enough word to describe their work ethic. Owners should ask for their occupancy rates before hiring them. I assure you they are low! These holes have been in my ceiling for a week due to a busted pipe. There has been absolutely zero progress. Building is wrought with plumbing issues and water emergencies. My neighbor’s baby cries until 3 am and it sounds like they are in my kitchen. I will post an update when the work is completed.slum lords. Update! It took them a month to complete the work. They could’ve fixed the holes in my apartment the next day due to the tile work I have they would not cut holes in my walls to fix the pipes and had to go through the neighbors. So the original plumber who said I could have the holes fixed right away was correct. If the office manager tried to assist I could have been saved a month of misery and high electric bills due to the heat and ac blowing directly outside for a month . I also missed work due to lack of sleep a few days. Of course no one cares about that as long as my rent is paid on time!
My company repairs stucco related issues for homeowners and we’ve had the privilege of working in two neighborhoods that KRJ supports. Robin in particular communicates well, is very responsive, courteous, and professional. It is a pleasure to work with her, and we look forward to coordinating more projects together in the future!
The Anniston community is poorly managed. The community manager shows little concern for maintaining the neighborhood and allows residents to misuse and damage shared amenities. In addition, poorly supervised contractors have caused damage to the grass throughout the community, and there appears to be no accountability for their work. Edit: The manager responds to emails quickly and takes action. While I'm not fully satisfied with the grass and security management in the community, I'm increasing my rating to 4 stars due to the appreciated timely communication.
Dilma has been very helpful with the problem I had in my condominium unit. She was understanding and assisted me in every way possible. I truly appreciate her support and professionalism.
Our HOA finally made the switch to KRJ after years and years of awful service from a prior management firm. The team at KRJ was over the top polite and understanding in regards to a recent work order request. The issue was handled with expertise and I am thankful for how professionally the team handled my request, from the initial call to the follow up, I knew our HOA was in good hands.
