After changing HOA management companies it became quickly apparent that we had made the right decision moving to Lifetime Management Company. The biggest reason was the excellent service we received from Nick Herndon-the manager assigned to our HOA! We were a newly completed development where the brand new board was given over from the developer to the residents. Nick Herndon made this transfer seamless. He began helping to train our new board members and he helped facilitate all of our meetings. Later, he facilitated our first ever board member elections. Again, his training and direction helped us navigate all the ins and outs necessary to have a successful and completed election. He was able to set us up in a way that continues to benefit the board and its residents. His professionalism and attention to details and the directives from our board, made his tenure here successful! I highly recommend him!
