Sonya Bradley with Midtown Management is such a wonderful property manager, and I am beyond grateful that she is back! She is knowledgeable, efficient, kind, organized and very responsive to homeowners' needs. I'm sure she has a lot to manage with all the homeowners' requests, but she does her job so well. Anna D.'s job is excellent. She is responsive, resourceful, proactive. No problem is too big for Anna. She'll find a solution in an effective and timely manner. We are really lucky to have her taking care of our HOA's issues.
Anna has been a huge step up from our last Community Manager. She has a nice personality, has helped tremendously with getting and keeping Vendors we like, who do good work. We are lucky to have her :)

MMC has been incredible for my entire seven plus years in this community! Sonya and team are always so responsive and helpful with big and small requests. The property is clean and well maintained, and the community is wonderful! This property and many of its units have been through so much with multiple floods, and I could not have endured them without Sonya and team. It is a humbling experience, and having a wonderful and supportive management company in your corner makes it all a little easier. Be mindful of any one-star reviews, and remember what kind of person leaves those... a little kindness and patience goes a long way!
