Prestige Association Management Group, particularly Association Manager Linda Lewis, has demonstrated absolute gross negligence and reckless disregard for human life at Fleur De Lis for over two years. The roof leak above my unit has persisted for more than 2 years. Every single time it rains, water pours through the completely rotted roof decking directly into my condo, flooding the AC air handler and running alongside live electrical ceiling fixtures — creating an ongoing and imminent danger of electrical fire and toxic mold contamination that could spread throughout the entire building and endanger every resident. For the last six months, I have been completely unable to get any response whatsoever from Linda Lewis or Prestige. She has refused to answer my phone calls, emails, or mailed letters, frequently hangs up the moment she realizes it’s me, and refuses to provide any direct contact information for the actual HOA board members. Even formal demand letters from my attorney have been totally ignored. After reading the many horrible Google reviews about Prestige, I now see this is a clear pattern. This level of gross negligence is outrageous and endangers lives. It must be investigated immediately before someone gets hurt.
This is an update from my last review. So even though the management company contacted me via Google saying that they were going to reach out to me they have not. Took up upon myself to drive around the subdivision to see if these other locations have high grass or not, and they do not. I’m not understanding why this management company decides not to mow this grass anymore and why they are not responding with an ETA of when their mowers are going to come mow the grass. This is unprofessional horrible customer service. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
I have multiple properties with an HOA. And this management group is the worst and laziest out of all the other HOA groups I interact with. LINDA goes out of her way to target and fine me on things that occur on my neighbors properties. However, my neighbors aren't ever fined (I've spoken to them). I'm not writing this review out of spite, but more to spread awareness about how this group favors and discriminates amongst a neighborhood. If you can, change your HOA management group.
Linda has always been so friendly and accommodating - She’s busy and still always makes time to check in with me, I appreciate her so much for that!
