I had a great experience working with Bridgette. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. The most god awful property management group I’ve ever experienced. Can’t landscape. Can’t return calls. Can’t tells us where our money is being spent. It’s a lawsuit in a box. Run for your life lol! Penny Prothro is exceptionally good at ignoring calls from her colleagues and homeowners alike.

I’ve called the HOA several times, but Robby was by far the best person I’ve spoken with. He was extremely patient and understanding, especially since English is not my first language. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options. Robby also gave me helpful suggestions that were truly in my best interest, which I really appreciated.
