The most god awful property management group I’ve ever experienced. Can’t landscape. Can’t return calls. Can’t tells us where our money is being spent. It’s a lawsuit in a box. Run for your life lol! Penny Prothro is exceptionally good at ignoring calls from her colleagues and homeowners alike.

I called because I received a warning letter about overnight parking violation but the car wasn’t associated with my address at all… I wasn’t sure how they linked it to my address but Earl promptly rectified the situation and was such a pleasure to speak with. He has the best communication skills… and I appreciate his patience!
