I've lived in spring terrace for about 10 years and I had deal more than few times with these people and its always been a nightmare. Applying for approval for replacing a fence, painting my house everything was so difficult and even when I ask specific questions about something in the form im supposed to fill out, they wouldn't have an answer for me, they would tell me just to fill application and and they will get back to me. Every time I get something done and spends thousands of dollars to make my house look better and the neighborhood, I get bothered by them, and they never seem to be after people who's fences are falling apart. Since they are interested in collecting hundreds of thousands of dollars from us why does or side walks look like this? Should the money be invested in repairing sidewalks and not make our neighborhood look like its hundreds of years old. If anyone is ruining our neighborhood appearance and bring value down, its them. I walked around our neighborhood in spring terrace for 10 minutes and these all the side walks I saw. My 4 years old cant ride her bike unless its in the street, since sidewalks are useless.
Great experience with this management company! I spoke to a representative named Edjie and she was professional, informative and easy to work with. Communication was great and she helped me resolve the matter. SBB Community handles everything efficiently. They care about your property. Highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience working with Ma Nicole Polana at our HOA. She was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She listened carefully, explained things clearly, and actually followed through—which is rare and very appreciated. What could’ve been a frustrating HOA issue was handled smoothly thanks to her positive attitude and efficiency. Customer service like this makes a real difference. Highly recommend!
