I’ve had a great experience working with Shannon Properties. One thing that really stands out is their responsiveness. Whenever I call, someone is available to answer, and if they’re unable to pick up right away, I receive a text almost immediately asking how they can help. Nery is my go to contact when I need assistance regarding their properties. As a Realtor, that level of communication helps me keep my day moving and better serve my clients. From day one, their team has been professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. What impressed us most was how quickly they were able to market our home and place outstanding tenants. An absolute nightmare. I was expecting a high-end experience given the high rent, but instead, I’ve been miserable since day one. In less than two weeks, I’ve dealt with several serious structural and habitability issues: a strong gas odor in the garage, multiple leaking faucets, toilets that won’t shut off, not to mention, no hot water for several days during the freezing January cold. The management’s response has been just as bad- After I pushed for repairs, they sent a vendor who showed up unannounced at 8 PM, knocking on my door and stating the wrong address. I was never notified anyone was coming, scared my family inside, which is also a huge security concern, yet management hasn’t even bothered to apologize. When a repair person actually do show up, they are totally lost. He didn't even have a gas leak detector and asked me to search ( using his phone translator) where the water panel was located while he relaxed on the stairs in the home. I reached out to the office for help so they can at least send a blueprint to show the plumber where to work, all I got was voicemail. It’s shocking that a "premium" new build could be this extremely poorly handled. I’ve lived in simpler places that were comfortable and functional from the start. Here, they’re quick to take my rent and require an extremely high deposit, yet incredibly slow to make the home safe or livable. I’m also a property owner in another state and I would NEVER treat people who just want to live peacefully like this This has been a stressful, disappointing, and honestly scary experience.

We had an outstanding experience with Shannon Property Management. Their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. Erik Finchler, our property manager, is amazing and kept us informed every step of the way. What impressed us most was how quickly they found qualified tenants for our property! This is our first investment property and we initially went with another management company who let us down and left us disappointed. That is not the case with Shannon Property Management. Their attention to detail, thorough screening process, and excellent communication made what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless.
