I’ve had a great experience working with Shannon Properties. One thing that really stands out is their responsiveness. Whenever I call, someone is available to answer, and if they’re unable to pick up right away, I receive a text almost immediately asking how they can help. We had an outstanding experience with Shannon Property Management. Their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. Erik Finchler, our property manager, is amazing and kept us informed every step of the way. What impressed us most was how quickly they found qualified tenants for our property! This is our first investment property and we initially went with another management company who let us down and left us disappointed. That is not the case with Shannon Property Management. Their attention to detail, thorough screening process, and excellent communication made what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless. Alma and Niecy over there at Shannon Property Management were amazing. They got me and my clients approved and they pay half the commission, so we're super excited to work with them and their team and the bot services are good. The automated responses are great but I needed to talk to them once we got down to really figuring out how we're going to get our clients approved so thank you and we look forward to working with you guys in the future !!

We just signed our lease with Shannon Property Management and the process has been seamless! Majority of that is due to Nery and her gift of customer service. Everytime we called (and it was a lot…) she answered quickly, remembered us, was positive, friendly and beyond helpful. We are so thankful to her for helping us get our next house.
