Professional & Reliable Spectrum Association Management has truly elevated our neighborhood experience. They keep the community well-organized, handle finances responsibly, and are proactive in addressing concerns. Spectrum Association Management has been a breath of fresh air compared to other HOA management companies I’ve dealt with in the past. Their team is professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Whenever I’ve had a question about dues, compliance, or community guidelines, they’ve taken the time to explain everything clearly. I also appreciate their online portal, which makes paying fees and submitting requests very simple. Issues such as maintenance concerns or architectural approvals are handled efficiently and without unnecessary delays. It’s clear that Spectrum prioritizes both the homeowners’ experience and the community’s long-term value.
My property improvement request that I needed went very smoothly. I worried it would be an ordeal, but Michelle Townsend facilitated the transfer of information between SpectrumAM and the local HOA very quickly and efficiently. It turned out to be a better experience than I anticipated. Thanks.
Our community switch to Spectrum 3 years ago. We were lucky enough to get Crystal Turcios as our CM. She has been a pleasure to work with along with the entire staff. As the board president in our community I couldn’t be more satisfied with Spectrum Management and Crystal!
Our property manager Crystal Turcios has done a fantastic job for our HOA. Prior to Crystal taking over we were having a problem with effective communications, not only with the board but also our homeowners. Not only did communications improve, our management abilities improved as well. Fact is, we were so pleased that we requested our contract cover a 3 year term in place of 1 year. I can't say enough about her abilities and her dedication for our HOA. She is most certainly one of your top employee's, if not the top employee.
They bite the hand ✋️ that feeds them , by neglecting follow up calls , and not reciprocating the amount of work that they are getting paid for via all the communities HOA yearly fees that everyone pays almost 800 dollars 💸 and for what ?? We don't even have the amenities that are worth that cost yearly. BUT they treat the community like a burden, even though we PAY for it all. All people ask of Spectrum is to do their jobs with do diligence, and to be of service to their communities because thats what we pay for every year ! How can they expect people to not be frustrated? when we pay for a service that they take months to simply even reply back? And no services have been made on top of that . Yet they expect all these Homeowners with rotting fences that HOA is responsible for repairing btw, and expect Homeowners to keep paying them almost 1K to get nothing in return.
