Had a garage door get backed into. Replaced the damaged panels immediately and then color matched. They sent me a 150 fine for the colors not matching while the repairs were ongoing then tried to fine me for not informing them of the issue. Called to have the fine removed but so far they won't remove the fine

The customer service with this company is unexceptionable. In my experience with Jessica, I did not appreciate her sarcasm and condescending replies to reasonable follow up questions for an badly set up pool registrations system. I pay my HOA fee on time yearly and keep up with my property along with extra payments for access to the pool. The last thing I need is to be disrespected by an immature high schooler (I’m assuming she’s a high school/ college student just from the interaction) who has a problem answering simple reasonable follow up questions. When I called to make a payment she says in a condescending “oh, I thought you were going to send a money order…”. What does it matter to you how I pay? Just take my payment and send the confirmation. If you don’t like your job find another. The staff there definitely needs an update in customer service training. I hate when summer comes around and I have to deal with speaking with some of their employees. Do better PLEASE!

As an HOA property management company, they expect homeowners to trim trees during August in Houston when the heat index often soars to 110-120 degrees. A shameful organization, and community HOAs should carefully consider before contracting them.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the experience I had at your office on September 29, 2025, at approximately 10:05 AM. The staff I encountered were rude and disrespectful, and the overall customer service was extremely poor—practically non-existent. Your staff made me, the homeowner, feel like nothing more than a number or a source of money, rather than a valued customer. This reflects very poorly on your business and completely contradicts the promises of excellent service that you advertise on your website. It feels like false marketing. One of your staff members, Allayjah, was especially unprofessional. She stated that she didn’t know her position, which raises serious concerns—how can someone work in your office without knowing their role? When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she claimed she was the only one there. This kind of response is unacceptable, especially when financial matters are involved. Fortunately, I was eventually able to speak with Gloria, who was on the phone (using Allayjah’s phone). Gloria seemed more composed, and she clearly heard how unprofessional and loud Allayjah was. Screaming at a customer is not acceptable under any circumstances and is definitely not good customer service. As someone who also works and understands what true customer service looks like, I can confidently say that your staff is not properly trained. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I cannot continue dealing with staff who behave this way. You need to address this issue immediately. Proper training and accountability are essential.

The front desk staff who answers the phone is unhelpful and unprofessional, giving the impression of being “busy” while failing to provide any real assistance. HOA payments should not be an inconvenience, yet this management company has made it unnecessarily difficult. The payment system has been down for far too long, which suggests either poor funding or lack of investment in a functional online platform. In addition, there is clearly not enough trained staff or manpower to provide the level of service homeowners deserve. Unacceptable and WORST standard of management.
