Dan did a fantastic job on our recent remodel. We needed to fix some water damage from a burst pipe. Initially, I thought we would just replace the floor and fix the walls and ceiling. However, we quickly realized that we also wanted to redo the stairs and convert a pocket study into a closet with drawers and cubbies. That and a few other things like refinishing some beautiful wood French doors to our outside patio. Having done some remodeling in the past, I realized we were going to need the help of a professional to oversee the hiring and the changes. That's where Dan came. He oversaw each step and hired the pros to do the job. Key to this, was the quality of the pros ("trades" as he calls them) he works with. These people did fantastic work and worked seamlessly with Dan to get everything done to our vision. Beyond that, it's clear that Dan is a standup guy that you can depend on for good, honest and fair work. Overall, we had a very good experience.
