Shawn and the team at Alleanza built our home in 2015. As first-time home builders we truly appreciated Shawn's guidance, patience, professionalism, and transparency throughout the process. Every custom build poses unique challenges and ours was no exception. The best part of our experience with Alleanza though was Shawn's approach-ability and demeanor when we did not understand something or needed to make a change. Shawn regularly went beyond his obligation to us to ensure we were satisfied with the end product. We felt that the budgeting and business aspects of the build were transparent and fair. We are thrilled with the outcome and Alleanza has also been responsive to follow-up items over the last year. We would strongly recommend Alleanza to anyone building in the area!

We started with Alleanza in the Fall of 2019, and then COVID hit. It was very challenging for all involved, but Alleanza worked through it with us when supplies were delayed or new fixtures had to be chosen due to disruptions. Our home is beautiful. It looks exactly like we hoped it would from our inspiration pictures. We have lived here for five years, and Alleanza has been here any time we had a question or an issue. Shawn and his team are professionals and just good people with integrity. I had always heard how challenging it is to build a custom home, but with Alleanza you really have a good partner.

There seems to be a commonality amongst people that have built with Alleanza; we all are very happy with their work and with their team. As others have pointed out, Shawn (owner) is honest and fair. He truly aims to build a solid and beautiful home for you. He sat with us through our architectural meetings (which I’d highly recommend) and subsequently collaborated with the architect and designer throughout construction. As one would expect, while building a custom home there were hiccups, curveballs, and a few tough conversations along the way; Shawn and his jobsite supervisor, Juan, handled it impressively. They really did go above and beyond to execute on the plan and always do the right thing. One item that stuck out in my mind was when the driveway concrete was to be poured. We wanted our children’s handprints to be in the concrete, however we were away on vacation when all of this was happening. Instead of carrying forward with the schedule, Shawn and Juan made it a point to hold off on that one part until we made it home. Talk about a “custom” touch! I’m not a homebuilder, but I did visit the jobsite every single day during construction, and I will attest that things are just as nice inside the walls as they are on the outside. They do not cut corners and on the couple things that did happen to slip through the cracks, they came back and made it right. I can’t express how impressed I am by this. I’ll be the first one to admit that I’m a tough person to please, but Alleanza nailed it. They have integrity, skill, and bluntly stated, they build nice homes. I would now consider Shawn and Juan our friends; I would certainly build another home with Alleanza, and hopefully have them over to a BBQ in the meantime.

We recently completed our home with Alleanza Custom Homes, and I want to express how pleased we are with the experience. Shawn and his team member, Juan, were an absolute pleasure to work with. Yes, the process did take some time, but to be fair, our demands and expectations were high. Shawn and his team executed everything with great attention to detail and care. The results speak for themselves. We’re very happy with how everything turned out and are excited to finally enjoy our new home. I highly recommend Alleanza for anyone who values quality, professionalism, and a team that truly listens.
