I had the unique opportunity to work with this builder from two perspectives. First as the interim construction lender and then as the permanent mortgage lender at completion. This allowed me to witness the entire process from groundbreaking to move-in and I can confidently say that his professionalism, craftsmanship and integrity are exceptional. Building a custom home is a relationship that often lasts 12–24 months and throughout that journey, he consistently demonstrated accountability, transparency and excellent communication. His attention to detail was second to none, not only in the quality of construction but also in the documentation, budgeting and project management required to keep everything on track. He takes tremendous pride in his work, builds with integrity and follows through on his commitments. Every phase of the project was handled thoroughly and professionally and his communication with all parties involved helped create a smooth experience from start to finish. We were in a tough spot with a company that we had asked to do the roof on our poolhouse. They had not been in contact with us for weeks after having started but not finished it. When I called Jeff with CRV Homes we had been waiting long enough and really needed a quick turnaround in getting the job done, but also didn’t want to sacrifice quality in any way. Jeff quickly scheduled us for the next roof job despite the short notice from us. After a couple of rainy days in which they proactively communicated with us about the scheduling and the whether, they came and completed the roof, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The service was great and we rest easy knowing that it was quality work. I highly recommend Jeff and CRV Homes. I plan to use them again in the future when I need someone I can trust to do a good job, and take good care of us in the process!

Had back patio porch built by CRV Homes and was very satisfied with quality of work and crews that performed the work. They finished in timely manner, crew was very good, and cost was significantly less than other contractors. We now enjoy spending time in our back yard rain or shine. Great job CRV Homes!!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE !!! CRV Homes is the contractor that you have been looking for. There isn't a job that is too big or small for CRV Homes. First thing is first.... their professionalism is unmatched. Emails and phone calls when inquiries are first made. Texts and calls before they arrive for the estimate. From both the office and the field. A professional estimate and contract with details lined out the entire way. This is the general contractor experience you are looking for.
