We love our new home and have had a wonderful experience with M/I Homes. It is beautifully built, detailed with the M/I touch, and feels strong and well-crafted. Update: 6/19/2026, Vince Martinez, Warranty Project Manager, contacted me about the structural warranty issue. He sent the framing contractor out and they supported the rafter to a load bearing beam which remediated the issue. Thank you for responding and remedying the situation. Old problem: Trying to get a call back for the 10 year warranty regarding structural rafter issue (roof rafter not attached to load bearing beam) is painful. I filed several online claims, over a week and a half ago. I have called several times and was told I would be called back but have yet to receive a reply via email or phone. Do better MI Homes!
Buying a home can be a horrible experience, and I couldn’t even start to think about building one until I went to M/I. The building team was great, but the customer service team was wonderful! They checked on us throughout the whole experience and even came out after to make sure everything went according to plan. If I had to do it all again, I would only choose M/I. Thank you for making the experience easy and making my dream home come true.
If I had to do it all again, I would definitely choose MI Homes. They are amazing! After you buy their home customer service is outstanding! They don’t just sell you a house, they care about your home long after closing. Customer service has been understanding, responsive, and great to work with. The director herself has come to my home and took the time to make sure my problem was resolved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
The team at MI was just superb! Landry was so professional, patient and helpful thought the process. There were a few setbacks on my side of the deal and Landry was more than accommodating and courtesy. Kevin was so very thorough when explaining all the details of how the home works and answered every question we had. The home is also even better than I expected, very well built & the neighbors are friendly & quiet as well. I am very happy with the experience at MI and I love my home.
