I received unsolicited text messages from this business, which I did not request. I prefer companies to ask for permission before contacting me by text, and this experience made me uncomfortable doing business with them. I hope they improve their communication practices and respect customer preferences.
We had a great experience with the professional team of On Point Custom Homes from start to finish. They were very personable, incredibly organized, efficient, detailed- oriented, always available for us, helpful in making difficult decisions and very easy to work with. We were blown away by the dedication and talent of the entire team, especially our VP of Construction, Robert, who listened to our needs and provided regular updates and always kept us in the loop on the progress of our project. The construction process was very smooth and our house was finished within a given time frame. Also their follow- up after the build was fantastic! The OnPoint team is an incredible group. In a recent visit to Houston, we were able to tour a few of their homes. The homes were well designed with solid attention to detail. All of the homes were clean and well appointed. John and Earl have a great team and work hard to make their clients happy.
