⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tricoast Home Builder! We are building the Augusta, and this will be the first time this plan is being built, it’s been an incredible journey from start to 75% complete. (I will do an update of the finished project in about 6 weeks, I wanted to share my experience thus far) Willian “Alex” has been an absolute rockstar—literally 2 days on the job he was just learning the products, and trying to work in a model that wasn’t ready to show yet, he was so professional and gracious in guiding us every step of the way. A special Thank you Alex, for answering all of our questions, and literally babysitting us each time we have visited the site. We have enjoyed becoming friends with you! Kayla at the design center was equally amazing; where we had some doubts on actually building again and not being able to see a “model” of the home, her attention to detail gave us the assurance we had chosen the right team to build our forever home! The ladies in the design center made the process seamless and explained why and where we needed the upgrades, they just didn’t focus on “selling” us upgrades, they challenged us on choices and helped us make sense of everything! And Cody—OMG! The closer on this Trifecta team!! What a phenomenal superintendent, we love his energy!! His expertise and attention to details have truly brought this show-stopper of a home to life. We had some idea of what it could be, but WOWZER is an understatement. So here’s the kicker…. we heard horror stories from friends and social media on modern new construction gone bad , that builders don’t build like they used to, so we hired a separate third-party inspector, who was blown away by the craftsmanship and basically said we wasted our money on his services. He went as far to say that if all builders worked with this level of precision and quality, he’d be out of business! He offered to do the final walk for free since it was such a breeze on the pre pour and the pre drywall inspection. Not sure any builder can say this but the Tricoast team can! From the start to 75% completion, this all-star team has done such a phenomenal job at bringing our dream retirement home to life, including adding the separate waterline for my coffee machine in the kitchen!! They’ve exceeded all of our expectations, and we truly can’t say enough good things about them (and we promise we weren’t paid to say this!). If you’re considering building a home, we highly recommend Tricoast . they will not only build you a beautiful home but they are builders you can trust with a great team that will give you peace of mind through the process!! Picking out a home and home builder can be a nerve racking experience. Last summer, My wife and I set out to find our family home. One that matched our personalities and needs. We visited countless communities and models and read as much literature on home buying as we could. We came across the tricoast model home in the Lago Mar community and fell in love with its beautifully designed facade. We immediately scheduled a walk through and we’re equally enamored with the inside. It’s modest yet spacious and upscale look had us sold. We got the process started as soon as we could and Angelina, our design consultant and sales representative, scheduled our design meeting. Angelina was amazing to us. She handled our requests and ideas wonderfully, while also patiently and caringly navigated through our ever expanding wants, wishes and change of hearts. She was always available for a quick response or to let us know that she would get back to me as soon as she had an answer. (which she always did)! Once the groundbreaking began, we met with the Construction Manager Landon and his team to give an overview of all the details and and what to expect in the coming months. As time passed, it was exhilarating to witness the progress. It is difficult to describe the joy and pride you feel as you watch your dream home being built. It was an experience I hope to remember forever. Landon and his team were wonderful. They were always a phone call away to answer any questions and give in person updates and address any concerns we might have. Overall, I have no idea where life will take me over the course of my professional career. But, wherever I go, I wish I could pick this home up and move it with me. It’s truly one of a kind and beautiful!

I had the pleasure of working with Bobby Ledford. After Gracemark Builders went out of business Tricoast purchased all the unfulfilled contracts. My buyers had waited a long time before this and Bobby helped us bridge the disappointing waiting gap. He was responsive, accommodating, helpful, and always advocating for my buyers. It was a precarious situation to start with, at best, but Bobby made it much more pleasant and got us to closing.

Working with Cecelia has been a blessing. We moved here about 10 months ago and no matter how big or small the issue, Cecelia has been there every step of the way. Amazing communication and follow up and remarkable customer service. If I had to make a new home purchase again, I wouldn’t give it a second thought. TriCoast is able to deliver on aesthetics, pricing and workmanship. After 10 months of living here, I am pleased to say that I am satisfied with the purchase - no buyers remorse here. A huge thanks to Cecelia for guiding us as new residents to this community. Without her, I don’t think I would be able to give a 5 star review.

Since following this company from the beginning almost 2-3 years ago they have had a lot of shaping factors for the company. For a while this company was very good and efficient mainly because of its “employees” and the hard work and dedication they put in. In the past 3-4 months this company has completely gone down hill. The quality of the work and the preparation into the homes is so bad that I would almost tell someone to not buy these homes because of dangerous and just careless management of the homes. They have recently begun a wave of firing the very employees and management roles that kept the authentic and professional service of this company going. The people for this company do not care about there customers I’ve seen and heard of several deals where this company will get you stuck in a contract and not uphold the basic integrity of there end and will do anything to cash a check, including throwing there own employees under the bus and simply not caring about customers. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere the gamble of good service with this company comes from the sales agents and even then , the company it self is greedy and highly unprofessional. TRICOAST IS A GAMBLE.
