Stay AWAY!! You been warned. We contracted with Unika for a build over 2 years ago and project is still not done. There has been one issue after another with gross negligence from day one. We now have our lawyer involved and a lawsuit in progress. These people do not respond, lie, deflect, and have been TERRIBLE to deal since day one. Completely unprofessional. You been warned!!!

We had an amazing experience with Pablo and the Unika team in designing and building our home. They are not only wonderful people, but they know what they are doing, and they are excellent in constructing beautiful, well-built houses. Unika completed our home several years ago and it is still a solid house. We have recommended Unika to anyone that we know who is considering building or remodeling. We can't recommend them enough.

I recently had a custom home built by Unika Homes, and overall, I am quite pleased with the results. Our first home build with Unika went so well that when we sold it, Unika was our builder of choice for our second home. The quality of the finished product is excellent as was their customer service throughout the entire construction and post-move in process. They delivered our home on time and within budget.
