We love our Zander home! After looking at a large number of properties and coming very close to purchasing a different home, we were so happy to find Zander. It's great to work with a builder that has your best interest at heart and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your purchase. As a first time home buyer, it's great to work with someone that will give you honest and open advice. After almost a year in our new home, we are so pleased with the quality, design, and construction. Zander Homes is not one to cut corners in the building process! We would definitely recommend their homes to anyone looking for new construction.
We worked with Zander Homes to build our current home in Sawyer Heights. From the beginning of our relationship with them, we very happy with the professionalism of their work. We were those customers who ask for many additions to the standard contract! Everything we wanted was done to our expectations so that we have an extremely well-equipped home that suits us perfectly. It is beautiful and well-built and we believe that it was well-priced for the market. Justin was a dream to work with and has stayed in touch with us. We give the highest praise to Zander Homes for what they did for us and encourage you to work with them if you are looking to purchase a new property.
