I would like to recognize Lisa, a Payroll Consultant with In-Home Attendant Services for the exceptional customer service she provides. Although Lisa is not my assigned payroll consultant, she has always made herself available whenever I call with questions or need assistance. Whether it’s helping me understand a log, locating information on a bonus or check stub, answering questions about an authorization, or simply guiding me through a process, she consistently takes the time to help. Lisa is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She never makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing her, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure my concerns are addressed. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Lisa stands out for her willingness to help and her dedication to the clients she serves. I truly appreciate everything she does and am grateful that she is part of the company. Employees like Lisa make a tremendous difference, and she deserves recognition!

⭐☆☆☆☆ If you are considering choosing In-Home Attendant Services as your CDS provider, I recommend asking a lot of questions before making that decision. My experience has been that communication is one of the company’s biggest weaknesses. Simple issues that should be resolved quickly often require multiple calls, emails, and follow-ups. Instead of receiving updates proactively, I frequently find myself having to track people down just to get information about paperwork, employees, or administrative matters. There have been instances where forms were not updated correctly, records appeared inaccurate, and concerns went unresolved until I repeatedly contacted the company. As a CDS employer, I already have enough responsibilities caring for my child. I should not also have to spend significant time making sure the provider is doing its administrative job correctly. Everyone makes mistakes, but what concerns me is the lack of urgency and accountability when those mistakes are brought to their attention. Families deserve timely communication, accurate records, and reliable support. I am sharing my experience so that other CDS employers can make an informed decision and know what to expect before selecting this company.

The staffing is incredibly polite, very helpful a lot of patience, always willing to help and I came to this company. I didn’t know what to expect but each day that I came here I learned a little bit more and more about how I can be maintained in my lifestyle with the perfect attendance working with you guys , All right has been a blessing to me and my family but you continue to bless other people, but you have blessed me and my family to God be the glory. Great company I have been with them for almost 10 years now and really watch them get better and better everyday. They got a new payroll manager named Kiera Watson and I have to say she so great with me. She always answers my questions so politely and always helps me when I don’t understand something. She is very detailed and informative with any questions I have. I was having some issues with my worker pay and the call was sent to her and she explained to me so well what was going on and also help me to understand how to fix the issue for future so it do not happen again and since then I have fixed the issue and have not had any issues with my worker pay since. GREAT manager and very professional. Now when I call and have questions I request to speak to her and she always helps and never makes me feel like I’m bothering her and always has the answers to all my questions. If you have any questions Kiera will definitely help you understand :) Definitely help me love this company even more! Keep it up in home your company is very much appreciated.

I have been with this company for 15 years. Having a special needs child is difficult and stressful. This company is so understanding and helpful. Michelle Harrison helps me often. She is always courteous and a joy. She answers emails promptly and just really goes above and beyond. Ingrid processes my daughters weekly payroll and she is so good about reminders and getting right back at me if I have any corrections. I am loyal to this company and very happy with their service.
