Mark did a very detailed and thorough job inspecting a residential home for us this week and saved us from getting into a money pit. It looked good on the outside but there was a laundry list underneath. He was prompt, professional, and worked until he finished. Every house is different, but he worked hard for over 3hours. His report was thorough and had pictures for everything. I was able to be there the whole time and he went over the highlights with photos at the end and often made comments while working. He answered all my questions and even went up into the attic with me again to explain a few things. I will use A-Action Home Inspection Group and hopefully Mark again as we try to find a safe, well maintained home over the next month. He had all different size ladders and devices to detect humidity/wetness levels in air vents or walls and to see roughly what is behind sheet rock. A-Action Home Inspection Group has great ratings on Google and other locations, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to sell or buy a home. They were able to work me in the day after I called to stay within our option period. Great service, Mark!

Inspector was fabulous! He found so many things needing to be fixed, and I was able to work out the price for the house based on this. He was extremely professional and he was good about explaining things I didn't quite understand. Very friendly, too, which is so nice. He found so many things! I was in shock! But I was able to find a contractor and negotiate based on that. I've never had such a thorough inspection. It was a comprehensive inspection--- he was able to detect moisture in the walls with a certain tool, and did a thermal scan of the electric, and a termite inspection was included. He gave me pictures of every single little issue. I'm so pleased. Totally, totally worth the money, I'm sure I saved a lot.

Tyler was great! Super thorough inspection and he explained things in an easy to understand manner. Also made himself available for questions even after my inspection. A-Action was also super flexible on scheduling when I had to change my inspection time. I’ll use them again on our next home inspection!

I had a great experience with A-Action Home Inspection. The inspector was extremely thorough and took the time to explain his findings as we walked through the property. He didn’t just point out issues—he explained what they meant, which items were routine maintenance, and which deserved more attention. As a first-time home buyer, that gave me a lot more confidence in making an informed decision. The inspection report was comprehensive, well organized, and included clear photos and recommendations. This company truly deserves the 5-star rating it has earned. As an agent, I only want the best inspections completed for my clients. Regardless of how "scary" a report comes back, I prefer that my buyers know all the risks and make an informed decision on their purchase. I will prepare them that an excellent inspection is supposed to catch as many possible defects they could find, but it's important to identify the bigger issues that could truly impact the integrity of the home in the future. I've seen that most other inspection companies will simply find a defect, but not give any explanation as to what could possibly be causing it or what underlying problems it could indicate. They will simply state, "i recommend hiring a licensed plumber, electrician, hvac specialist, etc etc." Even though A-Action reports will also recommend hiring a specialist, they go the extra mile and try to probe the extent of a problem for you. That's the biggest differentiator with this company, IMO. The inspectors here are essentially your own personal detectives—they are thorough, professional, and don't stop at the bare minimum. Over time, I’ve found a few specific inspectors here whom I absolutely love working with. Most recently it was Brendan-- he took his time and made sure he looked into every single detail about the house. He showed up early, and stayed way past his scheduled time, thoroughly inspecting the house and even waiting for my client to arrive. I normally wouldn't share the good technicians publicly because they could just be harder to book next time, but I'm making an exception this time! Also, I have to give a huge shoutout to Michelle, the office manager. She is the backbone of this operation and always goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for both me and my clients. Her professionalism, open communication, and excellent customer service make a world of difference in a fast-paced transaction. She makes the coordination side of things look effortless, and her dedication to helping clients and agents alike is unmatched.
