He didn’t just point out issues—he explained what they meant, which items were routine maintenance, and which deserved more attention. As a first time home buyer trying to go through this process im glad yall make it easy. Giordan arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure to explain alot of the ins and outs of the inspection process and instrumentation being used so that I could have confidence in the results. The report was generated same day even when we finished late in the day. The report was easy to read and understand and once again I could reach out to Gio with questions. I would recommend A-Action to anyone trying to find the right price point for the right ammount of standard inspections that are included in that price point, and for the professionalism and knowledge.

A-Action Home Inspections and their inspector Bo were fantastic. Very professional and thorough. This is or first phase and we have several more. I’m impressed so far. Bo is one of those unflappable people. I was present during the inspection and although had some equipment issues in the beginning he persevered and found so many issues that needed to be corrected. I appreciated that although he had seen the issues he found hundreds of times he didn’t dwell on the current state of building contractors. He spent his time finding the errors and documenting them. A rare quality. Thanks Bo

Mark did a very detailed and thorough job inspecting a residential home for us this week and saved us from getting into a money pit. It looked good on the outside but there was a laundry list underneath. He was prompt, professional, and worked until he finished. Every house is different, but he worked hard for over 3hours. His report was thorough and had pictures for everything. I was able to be there the whole time and he went over the highlights with photos at the end and often made comments while working. He answered all my questions and even went up into the attic with me again to explain a few things. I will use A-Action Home Inspection Group and hopefully Mark again as we try to find a safe, well maintained home over the next month. He had all different size ladders and devices to detect humidity/wetness levels in air vents or walls and to see roughly what is behind sheet rock. A-Action Home Inspection Group has great ratings on Google and other locations, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to sell or buy a home. They were able to work me in the day after I called to stay within our option period. Great service, Mark!

Inspector was fabulous! He found so many things needing to be fixed, and I was able to work out the price for the house based on this. He was extremely professional and he was good about explaining things I didn't quite understand. Very friendly, too, which is so nice. He found so many things! I was in shock! But I was able to find a contractor and negotiate based on that. I've never had such a thorough inspection. It was a comprehensive inspection--- he was able to detect moisture in the walls with a certain tool, and did a thermal scan of the electric, and a termite inspection was included. He gave me pictures of every single little issue. I'm so pleased. Totally, totally worth the money, I'm sure I saved a lot.
