We hired Kevin for his expertise and he did such a great detailed home inspection for us. He was very responsive and professional and very easy to work with. Even after the inspection he remained available to clarify things. Thank u Kevin!

American Dream Inspections arrived on time and provided a thorough framing and pre-drywall inspection for my client's new construction home. Kevin explained each deficiency to my client and provided a detailed report within 24 hours. I highly recommend using this company for existing and new construction properties.
