The inspector was great, he showed us everything he found even small paint dents/scratches. He was good at explaining every step. Will definitely recommend. Always have an inspection even for a new build.

We have asked Jaycee to do our new home inspection three times. Each time he gave us a lot of detailed information. He paid a lot of attention to our concerns and checked everything very carefully. He also well explained to us how everything should work like and how to maintain the good condition of the house. As the result of his inspection, the builder did fix a few things before the dry wall and the closing. Last week he did the new house 10-month inspection for us, we are very satisfied with his work. The inspector (Jaycee) was easy to work with. He was nice and answered any and all questions I had about the house. His explanations were easy to understand and I walked away confident that he did a thorough job. The infrared scans were a nice addition to the inspection.
