I reached out to Elias for a home inspection through his website. The website was easy to understand for scheduling. He told me the days he would be available. He also asked for confirmation to ensure the time and date. Once the date was scheduled, I arrived and he was happy to communicate what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how he was doing it. Very professional and I highly recommend him. And the price was great for the service provided.
I’m so glad I stumbled upon Elias and EZ Home Inspections. I called him up and he was able to schedule me the very next morning. He provided a thorough report by the end of the day. He even walked me through main items and his communication was very clear and thorough. I do think his attention to detail was perhaps more than what I’ve seen with other inspectors. He even took the extra time to search a serial number on a water heater to determine the date of it, which I had not seen before. I most definitely will be calling him up next time, thanks Elias for the great work you do!
