Grant was great for our stucco inspection and we are so happy we decided to go with Fox for this. He was insightful, knowledgeable, and explained everything he did during the process as well as after. He finished and emailed us the inspection in less than 24 hours after completing it and we were so happy with his attention to detail!

As a top-producing real estate agent in Houston, I've worked with a lot of inspection companies over the years, and Fox Inspection Group truly exceeded my expectations. I found myself in a real bind when I needed both a stucco and septic inspection, and my option period was set to expire the very next day at 5:00 PM. I called Fox Inspection Group at 1:00 PM the day before, fully expecting that we might be out of luck. Instead, their team immediately went to work, adjusted their schedule, completed the inspections, and had the reports in my hands early the following morning. We are building our first home, and we have been so excited at every step along the way! When we hired Fox to come do our inspection, I really wasn’t sure what I was doing. But after getting an amazing walk through by Jess or Jessie(sorry brother if that’s not how you spell it!) about the services, and everything included we were happy to have them come our. When our inspector Grant arrived. He was very friendly came up shook my hand, offered me and my wife drinks, snacks, and even brought chairs so that we could discuss everything comfortably in our home to be. Grant caught things that even our construction manager was surprised about. He had a very fine eye for detail and was a truly nice guy! We really appreciate everything you guys did and caught in the inspection! Thank you Fox!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience with Fox Inspection Group. As a full-time real estate professional, I've worked with many inspection companies over the years. This was, without question, one of the most disappointing experiences I've encountered. In my opinion, the inspection contained major oversights that resulted in significant issues being discovered after closing. When I initially contacted the company to discuss my concerns, I felt my calls and emails were largely ignored. It wasn't until I retained an attorney and sent a formal legal demand letter that I finally received a meaningful response. What was even more frustrating was the resolution process. Rather than simply standing behind their work, I was presented with a release agreement that required me to give up my right to publicly discuss my experience in exchange for reimbursement of my inspection fee. I found that extremely disappointing. I was willing to resolve the matter professionally, but I was not willing to sign away my ability to honestly share my experience as a customer. Consumers should also know that, at the time of writing, Fox Inspection Group is not BBB accredited. Everyone makes mistakes. What separates a great company from an average one is how they respond when those mistakes are brought to their attention. In my experience, Fox Inspection Group failed that test. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service throughout this process was unlike anything I've experienced from an inspection company. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Fox Inspection Group and will not be referring clients to them in the future.
