We had a fantastic experience with our home inspection! As first-time homebuyers, the process can be overwhelming, but he made everything easy to understand. The report was extremely detailed and explained not only what he found, but why it mattered and what we should keep an eye on in the future. What really stood out was how much time he took to educate us. He gave us helpful tips and tricks for homeownership, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt informed throughout the entire process. He was referred to me by a coworker who is also a realtor, and now I can confidently say I would recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough, knowledgeable, and professional inspector. GX Inspections are TREC certified independent home inspectors. They came in with a competitive price. They were able to schedule the inspection on the day and time the buyer requested it. Arrived on time, even a bit earlier and completed the inspection in about 2.5 hours. As it was a new home, probably a bit easier inspection than on an older home where typically more issues are found.

George did an incredible job for my clients on their new home. He was super quick to respond and was able to come out next day. We also received the full report same day. Reasonably priced and very thorough. Would recommend him to anyone looking to for an inspection as well as any agent seeking a reliable source!
