HG is extremely thorough and professional. They get reports out as soon as the inspection is done. They also use a tool so buyer agent can easily create a professional repair request. All the inspectors I have gotten are thoroughly trained and knowledgeable. Gonzolo was no exception this time. very helpful explaining to the buyers all the items which helped them prioritize key items.

Gonzalo Allende did an outstanding job. He was extremely thorough, professional, and a great communicator. He clearly explained what he was seeing and addressed my questions thoughtfully. One concern I had was immediately clarified with a helpful photo and explanation, which I really appreciated. The office staff was also excellent. Francis and the team were responsive and made scheduling smooth and easy, and TJ, the owner, was very helpful when I first inquired about their services. What really stood out was their client-focused approach from the beginning. When I asked if they conduct certain things during phase inspections, the office did not simply give a quick “yes.” Instead, they followed up with a detailed response from TJ, which gave me confidence they take these inspections seriously. That professionalism made it easy to choose HG over other providers I reached out to. I highly recommend them for home inspections, especially phase inspections. This review reflects my experience with Gonzalo, TJ and the scheduling team.

Not recommend to use this inspection company. If you try to save some money on major issues. We told them at the end of the inspection we will be there. But they finished within 2hours and send me the report. without remind us , until I received email. Not even check the water (water needs him to turn it on) And the water heater was not working he didn’t check on it. In the report hasn’t been show had any problems with 18 years roof even a nail loss issue. Because he has been bite by hornet, not my fault, but he still needs to finish his job. Roof water heater and water not inspect it yet.

I cannot say enough great things about Gonzalo Allende and our experience with HG Home Inspections.
