Prior to receiving my inspection report, I had the opportunity to speak with the inspector, who conducted a thorough and detailed inspection. He also took the time to explain ways I could better protect my new investment, which I truly appreciated. As a first-time homebuyer, I had several questions, and he was patient, courteous, and willing to answer every one of them.
