My husband and I decided to go with Houston Inspections based off all of the rave reviews. Our inspector, Dennis, was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining to us about his findings and recommendations, and answered any questions we had. We received our very detailed report the evening of our inspection. It was very helpful and I’m so glad we had Dennis at Houston Inspections support us with this part of our home buying process. My husband and I have used other inspection companies before, and found that the other companies were not up to our standards, but Houston Inspections was very prompt and easy to schedule with, and most of all, very thorough & detailed! I would highly recommend Dennis and his team, and will definitely use them again in the future!

We are out of state buyers and our realtor recommended Houston Inspections. They went out to do our inspection the very next day and Dennis called me shortly after leaving to discuss his findings and also said that if we had any questions at all after receiving the report, that we should call him. He was very friendly and professional. The report was received the next morning and seems to be very thorough.

Great service from Houston Inspection. Setup my appointment quickly, provided a thorough inspection of my new home purchase, and I received the full written report the same day. I had inspector Ronnie who did a great job explaining and showing me everything he found. Some items I would have never thought to look at and he addressed them to me clearly as well as took plenty of pictures to document that he included in his writeup.

Kyle who did my inspection showed up 10 minutes early. He was very pleasant and professional. He started from outside and the worked to inside. He almost spent about 3 hours! Once he was finished, he answered any questions that we had. Same night I received his report. My previous inspections with other companies consisted an average of 12-15 pages. Kyle report was an AMAZING 50 pages! It was the most comprehensive report that I’ve seen in my whole life. I would definitely use Houston Inspection from now on and will always ask for Kyle if he was available as he was truly professional in every aspect. Thanks again Kyle..
