Jacob did a really great job with my home inspection. He was very thorough, professional, and detail-oriented, and he caught a lot of things I definitely would not have noticed myself. What I appreciated most was that he really took the time to explain everything clearly instead of just rushing through it, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. His report was also very detailed, organized, and easy to understand, with helpful photos and notes. I couldn’t have asked for a better home inspector. He was extremely thorough and walked me through everything he found, making sure I understood what it all meant. The report was very detailed and organized, which made it easy to review afterward. He was also friendly, patient, and happy to answer all my questions. I felt much more confident about my home purchase because of him. Definitely recommend!

Jacob combines a keen eye with years of experience to deliver a thorough inspection. He inspected our 1958 house and provided us with a 137 page report, full of useful observations with clear pictures (and some videos). Would highly recommend.

Jacob is the best!! He's very methodical, thorough and detail oriented, and also transparent and upfront about his method, how he works, his scope, what his service covers vs what it doesn't. He's also on time, courteous and thoughtful. At the end of the inspection, he explained his major observations and concerns to me, and promptly produced a very detailed report afterwards. He also gives each customer a home maintenance manual to help the customer maintain their property. I was thoroughly impressed with Jacob and he has won my trust and confidence. It's not that other inspectors are bad, but Jacob stands out as one of the best. I'll definitely use Jacob's service again and will recommend him to family and friends.

Contacted him after viewing the website. He is very experienced. Was very professional. He went through the house very detailed. From the issues that he found he took time to explain the issue, why it could be a problem. I’m very satisfied with the report that I got and willing to use his services in the future.
