We used Imperial Pro Inspections to complete a mold inspection on a house were considering purchasing and had a great experience. Even before we booked, Neil was incredibly helpful and took the time to provide us with lots of information and answer our questions. I highly recommend Neil with Imperial Pro Inspection. We hired him for a Phase 2 / pre-drywall inspection on our new Toll Brothers home, and he exceeded our expectations. Neil was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He accommodated our inspection on short notice, communicated clearly, and delivered the report promptly. What really stood out was the quality of the inspection itself. The report was incredibly thorough, well organized, and included detailed photos, clear explanations, and references to applicable building standards where appropriate. He documented issues across framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more, giving us a clear action list to provide to our builder before drywall. He also completed a foundation elevation survey to establish a baseline for future warranty reference, which was an added bonus I wasn’t expecting. Most importantly, I left the inspection feeling confident that we had an independent advocate looking out for our interests.
