Highly recommend! He was very thorough and caught even the smallest issues that we would have never noticed. The builder even said he was very detailed, and because of his inspection, everything he pointed out was fixed. He was also very nice, professional, and took the time to explain everything to us. As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated his help. If you need a home inspector who truly cares and pays attention to every detail, he’s the one to call!

Josh Burk performed an 11 Month inspection on my new home. He did an outstanding job. He was very detailed on every aspect and took time to explain to me his findings. He was here for over 6 hours and never rushed any part of the inspection. I received his report by the next evening and was very pleased.
