⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been through several home inspections in the Katy area over the years, and Vivek Dalwadi at KeenEye Inspections is one of the most thorough inspectors I've encountered. He recently inspected my home in Weston Lakes, and the quality of his work was immediately apparent. Vivek is quiet and methodical during the inspection — he lets his work speak for itself. And it absolutely does. The report he delivered was nearly 40 pages of comprehensive, well-documented findings with photos, clear descriptions, and actionable recommendations. Nothing was glossed over. What really stood out was his use of a ZipLevel to measure foundation elevation — a detail my own realtor commented on as a sign of a truly professional inspector. Most inspectors skip that step entirely. Vivek didn't. His rates are very reasonable for the level of detail and professionalism you receive. If you're buying in Katy, Fulshear, or Weston Lakes, do yourself a favor and book Vivek before you close. You won't regret it.
