Affordable Price with 5 STARS !!!!!!! Miguel and Jonathan, did an outstanding job with our home inspection. Both were on time, punctual, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented from start to finish. They both carefully inspected every part of the home and explained their findings in a way that was easy to understand. They were honest and transparent throughout the process. They emailed the report pretty quick and quite detailed with pictures which helped me feel confident moving forward with our purchase. I would absolutely recommend Miguel and Jonathan to anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable home inspector. 5 stars all the way!

Miguel was awesome to work with! He talked me through every finding on the inspection report and explained the importance of fixing certain issues and the problems that may arise. As a first time home buyer his insight was extremely helpful. 10/10 recommend using miguel for your home inspection!

Miguel was awesome! He came out and did the inspection on a house that I was looking to buy that looked great on the outside and inside when viewing from far away but had some more tlc things behind the scenes that needed to be done prior to close. His report was miticulus and had lots of detail! This allowed us to go back to the sellers to ask for a credit for some of the issues found and also have the sellers fix a potential gas leak that none of us were aware of this he came through. Cant recomend him enough!
