**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars** I had two independent home inspections performed on my brand-new construction home, and **Super Inspector was by far the more thorough inspection**. The inspector took the time to carefully evaluate every major system of the home and identified several issues that were either not found or not documented during my first inspection. Some of the more significant findings included a **main sewer line obstruction discovered during the sewer scope, an active window leak, roof concerns, attic framing issues, and additional electrical and workmanship items**. Having those issues identified before closing gave me much more confidence that they could be addressed by the builder. The inspection report was extremely detailed, well organized, and included clear photos and explanations of each finding. It made it easy to understand what required immediate attention versus what was considered normal maintenance or cosmetic. One feature that really stood out was their **reinspection service**. After the builder completes the repairs, I can schedule a follow-up inspection to verify that the work was actually completed correctly rather than simply assuming everything was fixed. That provides an extra level of confidence during the home-buying process. If you're purchasing a new construction home, I highly recommend investing in a thorough independent inspection. Even though builders perform their own quality control, having a detailed third-party inspection is well worth it. We needed an inspector for our new build. We were at our “Pre-Sheetrock Phase” and nervous there could be mistakes we couldn’t see. Inspector Richard Cantu found numerous issues. The report was very detailed and he submitted it to us sooner than expected - the builder is now working through the issues… Super Inspector was very responsive to our concerns and flexible with our schedule. Happy to know we could actually call and speak to live agent to ask questions, and not just via Instagram or Facebook like a lot of other companies out there. We definitely plan on using Super Inspector for our final inspection before closing.
