Just had an inspection done with Steve McCaddon in the Austin Point community on a new build. Steve was great! He was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. I want to share my appreciation for David Hickman, who did an excellent job inspecting our future home. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail. When I met him in person, he also offered helpful suggestions for improvements and what should be done to ensure everything is in proper condition. He is very knowledgeable, humble, and down to earth, which made the whole experience even better. The inspection report I received was very detailed and helped me go through every part of the property without missing anything important. Brent was absolutely fantastic to work with during my home inspection. He was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient, yet still took the time to be thorough and attentive to every detail. I had already walked through the house multiple times myself, but Brent pointed out things I completely missed—his expertise really showed. What I appreciated most was how he explained everything in real-world terms, offering practical scenarios and advice that actually made sense. As a first-time homebuyer, that meant a lot.
