This is the second home that we have had inspected by Matt. In the first home (new construction) we had inspected by Matt, he (and Mr.Ducky) found part of the foundation that had broken a pipe to the master shower, which would have been a MAJOR issue and major $$$. We were able to present it to the builder and they fixed it. When we were looking at a house for my mom (also new construction) I had no doubt that I needed the best again! Definitely don’t let the “new construction” bamboozle you into thinking it’s perfect…let Matt find the issues and make them fix the issues before you get caught off guard! He’s super friendly, funny and above all, he catches the mistakes! 100% recommend!
