Anthony Hughes, Certified Master Inspector, at Texas House Check has been nothing short of an amazing professional to work with as a customer. I hired him to test for mold in my apartment 3 different times in the past month (air sampling twice, looking inside air vents with a camera and by physically removing air vent registers to see inside of air ducts, mold sampling, smoke testing on outlets to check wall pressurization, inspections inside walls with cameras) and he was able to complete testing within 1-3 days after being asked for services, demonstrating this company's great accessibility and flexibility. Furthermore, his attention to detail during each job was excellent, his work was thorough, and I appreciated his kindness in being willing to educate me on his testing processes as well as mold itself when asked questions during his inspections. If I ever need a mold inspection again (I really hope I never do lol), I would absolutely hire this family-owned company again. I strongly recommend Texas House Check! 🙌 Attached are pictures I took during inspections conducted by Anthony.

Robert and Gregory were very professional, and thorough. They allowed us to walk with them through the house while showing us things that needed to be done and wasn’t done right in a NEW HOME. I will most definitely use them again for RE- inspection. If you are hesitant about hiring this company DON’T HESITATE. They also inspected my sisters new home a year ago. The whole process was simple. The report came back to use less than an hour after we paid invoice.

Anthony inspected a lakehouse we ended up not moving forward with due to mold issues and too many other red flags. We are so grateful for the level of thoroughness in Anthony's inspection and report. He provided a lot of clarity on what is a very confusing and intimidating subject. I highly recommend using him for any home purchase, and will 100% schedule him to inspect and test any home I buy in the future.

Thank you so much for providing a detailed inspection report for our new home. The entire team works very professionally and pointed out a lot of flaws that wouldn’t be visible to our eyes. They were suggested to me by my sister and I’m very pleased with the result.

I reached out to Anthony about a mold problem I was having with my apartment building, he was quick to offer his expertise and advice without even asking me about using his services. He spent almost 10 minutes on the phone with me and was beyond helpful. If I wind up needing the inspection no doubt I will go with him and report back!
