Great weekend specials. We got a mix of biryanis and a goat mandi. The special biryani was my favorite. The goat spice mix was very flavorful but the meat itself has no flavor. However, it was very very flavorful. The seating mandi area is also very pretty

Special shoutout to Shiva, Mounika, and Manohar for their exceptional, friendly service, they truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our visit. We had a great dining experience. One thing that really stood out is their dedicated, spacious area specifically for Mandi, which makes the experience feel authentic and comfortable, perfect for enjoying Mandi the way it’s meant to be shared. We tried a variety of dishes, and everything was packed with bold, authentic flavors. The Nalla Karam Chicken had the perfect spice kick, and the Hashtag Fried Chicken was crispy and well-seasoned. Among the curries, the Malai Kofta (veg) was rich and creamy, while the Hashtag Special Chicken Curry stood out for its depth of flavor. The Vijayawada Chicken Biryani was absolutely satisfying. We also had the Mango Lassi and Chikko Shake, both refreshing and perfectly done. They also offer a buffet option and a fun pani puri station, which adds to the overall experience and makes this place great for groups and families. Definitely a place we’d love to visit again and recommend!

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth It Anymore This was disappointing, though not entirely unexpected. I wouldn’t recommend this place, even as a last option. We used to dine here very frequently (2-4 times a week for nearly 1 and half year), commuting from Spring to downtown. But as the restaurant gained some popularity, the overall experience declined significantly. We noticed rude staff both previous front desk girls and serving staff, longer wait time almost 1 hour, increased prices with reduced quality and quantity, and highly inconsistent taste. The same dish ordered at the same time would taste completely different like competing for worst tasting. Food is often too oily, with artificial yellow coloring that doesn’t even wash off easily. We stopped coming for a few weeks but had to visit again late at night recently. Despite some visible changes in management and staff, the experience was still poor. Having waited an hour for food in the past, I decided to place an order while staring from home. After a 35-minute drive, still I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the food to arrive. We went in almost starving and couldn’t finish even 20% of the food: Mandi: Unevenly cooked chicken, rice tasted like Maggi with ghee; Dum Biryani: Dry, overly peppery, and lacking flavour. Overall, not worth your money.

We had one piece chicken juicy mandi and mutton Nalli gosh mandi. The taste is ok ok, and the piece is hard. But it’s not worth travelling just only for tasting food. It’s not worth that hype.

This place truly touched our hearts. The food brought back beautiful memories of eating in India. The Baahubali Mandi was the highlight for us — the chicken, mutton, and fish mandi were incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked, and deeply satisfying. The chicken and mutton dum biryani had an amazing aroma and authentic taste that felt just like home. The entire experience made us feel as if we weren’t in Houston at all, but sitting down for a meal in India. It was such a special moment that we even took the perfect picture to remember it. If you’re craving real, soulful Indian food, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again.
