Excellent customer service starting with a prompt return call and intake leading to a very reasonable plan and delivery of documents. Nicole was professional yet personable. She even apologized on behalf of technical slowness by suggesting her computer has not had coffee yet. I felt she moved through the process perfectly. But here’s a cup for her computer anyway!
The customer service representative Miyana was outstanding from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
