While going through a divorce I worked to update my insurance information. I explained the situation to the team, provided new payment and reimbursement methods, and then when money was refunded to my ex's credit card anyway, the company refused to make it right and return hundreds of dollars to me. I would not recommend this office or Travelers to anyone. They did a great job of making a very difficult time even more difficult for me, however, so there's that.

We have used Doug's agency for over 4 years now for our home, auto, umbrella, and flood policies; and have dealt primarily with Laura. When we first transferred our policies, she was able to save is a substantial amount of money and allow us to carry a higher insured value!
