Sewellyn Brewer is all you need to get the absolute best insurance rate. In the 11th hour, Sewellyn was able to get us approved in a day for a more competitive rate than the insurance providers (who dropped us last minute) provided. In Santa Monica, a few miles away from the huge impact caused by the Los Angeles fires, she was able to make this happen only a couple days before closing escrow. She is amazing. Will highly recommend her to all of my clients & partners in the real estate industry.
