I had State Farm for the last 4-5 years and recently left because I found a little better pricing, but the new place’s customer service doesn’t hold a candle to this one! Ms. Marlo had been so amazing. Very patient, helpful, and just a joy to talk to. I got whatever questions or to do’s taken care of and she was very informative and I didn’t feel like a bother. It was just very comfortable and I definitely see you don’t get that everywhere. She even messaged me on Veterans Day from remembering a convo we had, it was so very thoughtful. Hopefully the prices go back down cause I wouldn’t hesitate to return!
