I live in the neighborhood close to Linda's office and reached out to inquire about a package of coverage to include homeowner's, flood, autos, and umbrella liability. Linda introduced me to Robert on her team and he helped provide quotes. I have worked with a few luxury carriers over the last decade, as well as USAA. The theme has been higher and higher premiums every year, even with no claims, or carriers who decide to stop offering coverage to loyal clients. A colleague of mine mentioned that State Farm is currently competing well, so I gave them a try. I saved almost $7,000 annually in total premium costs with policies that are similarly constructed to the ones I had previously. I had been with State Farm for a few decades many years ago. I always enjoyed the service of a local agent. In full disclosure, State Farm has made business decisions in the past to come in and out of the Houston market, raise premiums, or stop offering coverage in certain locations. I did not like this, and still don't. However, I do not hold it against this agent and she was able to offer me a competitive package. The cost is still higher than I would like, but a big improvement. I have enjoyed the service so far and look forward to a long relationship, if the company will remain committed to the Houston market.

Linda and her team are awesome! They are always so quick to assist and their customer service is always on point! They always greet me with a friendly smile and always go above and beyond to help where they can. They take the time to explain things and I never feel rushed. I have to share my experience with Linda Nguyen, State Farm Team. I first met Linda when I moved in to Texas in 2006. Linda came to my home, she is very personable in addition to being very professional and honest. I felt like Linda really value her customers and is honest with them. I believe she gave me the best rates possible for my needs. I have always received excellent customer service from Linda’s team. My latest encounter was with Maritza, she is so very pleasant to talk to and she makes everything so easy. She explains things so clearly. Thank you!

I mainly communicate with Linda and Edith, but have had to interact with others when they were busy. I can say that the entire staff is warm, friendly and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful! I currently have life, auto and home insurance through State Farm. Can't thank Linda enough for advising me to buy 10-pay life insurance because of the financial freedom it offers me now!!

Linda has been my insurance agent for many years and I am so happy to have her as a trusted partner. The customer service at the office is excellent. Robert is my go-to-guy and always willing to take the time to discuss the best options for our family. I never feel up-sold. I am VERY grateful I found Linda and would recommend her to anyone!
