I don’t typically leave reviews but I have been working with Sacha over the past couple of months, and I will say she has single-handedly changed my perspective on insurance agents, and companies. From the very first conversation to our current chats, she has kept the experience lively, enjoyable, and as painless as humanly possible. I currently have my Porsche and piano insured with her and will recommend anyone I know to give her a call. I very much appreciate how simple she has made the insurance process, and even more than that, Sacha talked to me just a couple of times in the beginning of August and over a month later in September she started off by asking me about my life and remembered almost everything I had told her in August which was incredible. I look forward to future business I do with Sacha and know that every time we talk I will get a laugh out of it. At the end of the day I feel I have made more of a friend then an insurance agent, so if your looking for a reliable, trustworthy insurance agent, I can’t recommend this State Farm and Sacha enough.

I had such an amazing experience with State Farm thanks to Sacha! She went above and beyond to help me find a great price on my insurance and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She answered all of my questions, was incredibly patient, and genuinely cared about helping me get the best coverage for my budget. On top of that, she was so kind and easy to talk to—I joked that she might even become my new best friend! If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about her customers, I can’t recommend Sacha enough. Thank you so much for all your help!

I highly recommend this location because of Sacha!! I’m new to the Houston area and she was extremely patient and answered ALL my questions! After talking to her I also switched my homeowners policy too. She told me where I could save money and what coverage I really needed and didn’t need. I saved a lot of money because of her advice!! You can’t go wrong using Sacha she was wonderful to deal with!!
