This is a lovely place, a bit noisy inside as the tables are closly situated. We asked them to move us outdoor and it was much better. Their seafood cheese cake is must try, so are the salads, pizza and risottos. The key lime and bread pudding for dessert are a must. Great service by Julie and Sam. They also have a good wine selection.
This place was great!! My best friend and I celebrated her birthday here and it was both our first time having dinner and it was delicious! The service was top tier: we never ran out of water, all the staff was friendly and professional, our waiter made delicious recommendations! I would definitely recommend to everyone! We will definitely be back!
We came for a large family event and were seated in the bar area. The service from the jump was excellent, despite there being 14 of us. . The food was fantastic and presented well. The ice cream tower for dessert was insane. . The wine captain was a tangential acquaintance and made a point to introduce himself. It was a welcome personal touch. . The only negative was being seated in the very noisy bar. It was difficult to hear the person in front of you, let alone people down the table. To be very fair, our reservation at another location was abruptly cancelled so that the billionaire owner could annex our space, and La Griglia accommodated us last minute. They did the best they could, I am sure, but doesn't make it easier to hold a conversation in the bar. . I look forward to returning under more normal circumstances.
We loved everything about this restaurant. We went there for father's day and it was perfect. Stylish, modern, great vibe and service. Food was amazing. We tried the snapper and veal and both delicious. They also have very nice, cozy patio but was bit hot to sit outdoors.
I chose this restaurant because I was looking forward to a nice dinner on the patio. The patio itself is beautiful, but when we arrived it was almost completely empty and we were seated along the bushes, even though there were plenty of other tables available. I do want to mention that the food was very good, and our waiter was friendly and attentive throughout the evening. Unfortunately, once our food was served, we were swarmed by dozens of flies. The staff brought over small table fans in an attempt to help, which I appreciated, but they just weren’t enough to keep the flies away. It became so difficult to enjoy our meal that I ended up having my entrée packed to go because I couldn’t comfortably eat it. We had originally planned on ordering dessert, but by that point we just wanted to leave because of the flies. I would absolutely come back because the food and service were great, but the fly situation on the patio really needs to be addressed. It’s hard to enjoy an otherwise wonderful meal when you’re constantly trying to keep flies off your food.
