I really liked this authentic Italian restaurant. I havevnever looked at a menu so long, everything sounded good, and could not decide from salad, pizza, a couple of appetizers?? Finally the waiter said the magic words, we make all of our pasta from scratch, then I finally arrived at Cannelloni with stuffed veal in a mushroom cream sauce. My friend split a Chilean bottle of Pinot Noir, and had Pistachio Gelato for dessert. I also tried a bite of the Tirimisu, when was even better. The cacio de pipe was good, but there is one place I prefer it better, so glad I ordered the cannelloni.
We had a party of over 10 people and Juan and Daniel took amazing care of our table. Even though some of our group arrived late, they stayed super kind, patient, and happy to help the entire time. The service never felt rushed and everything still came out very timely and organized, which we really appreciated with such a big group. The Pinot Grigio 🍷 was really delicious and paired perfectly with the food. The CACIO E PEPE with shrimp was super creamy, fresh, and served nice and warm. We also ordered pizza and it was just as good — creamy, flavorful, and clearly made fresh. Overall the experience was great. Juan and Daniel were both very attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone at the table was taken care of. It’s not easy handling a big party, but they did a fantastic job and kept great energy the whole time. Definitely a spot I’d come back to again!
After watching some videos on social media about this place, we were excited to try the pasta served from a Parmesan wheel, the porchetta, the arugula salad and tiramisu. The arugula salad was pretty good, but I think it could’ve used a little more balsamic dressing. The pasta was pretty good, I think it could’ve used a little more garlic and seasoning in it to make it pop. The porchetta had a nice crunch to it, but a little lacking on flavor and was a little dry. The tiramisu was the best part of the meal. The service was good, but take my advice, if you dine here, sit inside if you don’t want to be bothered by flies and mosquitoes, they kind of ruins the ambiance if you’re taking someone out for date night. In the end, the service and the table side service on the pasta and tiramisu were the stars of the show, the food was a little lacking.
There was a little confusion when we first arrived and were told there were no seats available without a reservation, so we started to leave. The manager Juan actually came out to our car to apologize and let us know they could get us a table, which we really appreciated. Once we were seated, everything was great. The food was exactly what I was looking for and the overall experience ended up being really good. He also provided complimentary cannolis. Glad we stayed! 🍝✨ Juan and the rest of the team made us feel comfortable and we really appreciate the service that was provided. Will be coming back for that reason.
Starter Garlic Focaccia Bread basket was incredible! We got the margherita pizza (the kids LOVED IT), the pollo Ă la parmigiana y bucatini dishes were beyond great in flavor! Juan was a great server and gave us a wonderful experience.
