I went to Rosalie for the first time to celebrate my birthday with about 15 friends. I was able to make a reservation for a large party without issue or need for a deposit. I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived that they had given us a private room in the back that was decorated beautifully with plants, couches, and pillows. The staff was very attentive and kind, the food was incredible (especially the pizza), and the atmosphere was perfect! We will be coming back again!

We had the most incredible Mother’s Day brunch at Rosalie Italian Soul inside the C. Baldwin Hotel! The food was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service truly made the experience unforgettable. A huge shoutout to our servers Michael, DJ, and Craton — they were phenomenal from start to finish. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. I genuinely never had an empty glass once all brunch, which says a lot on such a busy holiday! You can tell the staff really cares about creating a great experience for their guests. We’ll absolutely be back and would highly recommend Rosalie’s for brunch, special occasions, or just a great meal in Houston!

If you are staying at the C. Baldwin and looking for a late dinner or snack, Rosalie's restaurant closes at 9, but the the kitchen stays open till 11pm. You can place your order at the Lobby Bar.

I really wanted to like this restaurant, but the food quality needs serious improvement. I placed a to-go order for a Caesar salad with chicken on the side and a Vongole pasta. Unfortunately, the chicken was so dry it tasted like leftovers from the day before (photo attached), and the pasta was overcooked and soggy from not being properly strained. This meal cost over $70 — quite pricey for a casual lunch — and honestly, it’s not unreasonable to expect properly cooked food for that price. I understand restaurants often charge a premium for ambiance and presentation, but that premium should come with at least basic cooking standards and consistency. I truly hope they can work on quality control — because right now, it’s hard to justify the price or another visit.

This restaurant is so good! Love the ambience and decor as you enter. Also the food is delicious, everything I ate was so tasty and flavorful. And the best part of my experience was the service! Tannis was incredible, kind and really went above and beyond. We were a big group and he memorized everyone’s names, drink orders and constantly ensured we were good and taken care of. He made our dining experience so amazing. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend dining here. And if you do, request to sit in Tannis’ section. What a wonderful night!
