Had a great lunch at Oishi Sushi! 🍣 I ordered the 9-piece sushi lunch special with miso soup, plus the vegetable tempura. Everything was fresh and delicious, with good portions and great prices. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience was wonderful. Definitely a nice spot for a good sushi lunch!
This was our second time here. I can’t believe that I didn’t post the first time. I am Japanese; so, I’m pretty picky about Japanese food. The place is very clean, and the service is awesome. It gets crowded even during week nights; so, you know that this place is great. Tonight we had the special sushi , which was THICK. It was so good. I had the nabeyaki udon, which I haven’t had in probably 20 years. It was delicious and authentic. The atmosphere was great. Hockey and NBA were on screen without the volume; so, you can keep up with the scores without having your conversation drowned out. It wasn’t too loud, which is a big turnoff for me. Will definitely return many more times.
great sushi for a great price. the servers were super charismatic funny and nice. we came here for a date and it was really fun and romantic. i will definitely be coming back many times. my only minus star for atmosphere was that the bathrooms could have been cleaner. but the actual dining area is very nice. the lot was full when we came here so we parked in the lot over.
My mom and I got the Chirashi bowls! They had so much variety in the types of fish and the way each piece was prepared. Their searing job is incredible especially on the tuna. I will be coming here again for sure!
First time trying Oishii, and wow, was it excellent! The fish was fresh, the prices were extremely reasonable, and the service was great. Everything we tried was amazing. We are from DFW, but next time in Houston, we will be back!
