I’ve been going to Nicole for my lash extensions, and I couldn’t be happier! Her work is consistently beautiful, and she always takes the time to make sure I get exactly the look I’m going for. She pays attention to every detail. Best of all, my lashes last a long time and still look great weeks later. Nicole is professional, talented, and truly cares about her work. I’ve been an Amazing Lash member for almost two years now and I tend to bounce around to different locations. First time at the River Oaks location and Lily did make my eyelashes look great, however, my eyes have been extremely irritated going on 24 hours now. She taped my eyelids up a little too high and I could not fully shut them and didn’t realize until it was too late. I noticed in another review the store manager says this has never happened before but it just happened to me. Ladies - please tell your techs to exercise caution when taping eyes so you don’t have same experience I had. I have little sores in my eyes now since they’re so irritated.

I have been going to Amazing Lash in Nashville and now Houston for a combined 7 years now. I had the worst experience ever with Nicole at the River Oaks location. She pulled out my natural lashes when she took off my old extensions because she didn’t use glue dissolver and just pulled them out which was painful and damaged my natural lashes. She also taped my eyes open and caused a chemical burn to my eyes which are still red and painful 24h later (see pictures). She also stacked my lashes and did not do the 6D or “sexy” style I asked for and paid for (have been getting this for years so I know what it looks like). I have complained to management who has yet to call me back. Save your eyes and eyelashes and do not book with Nicole or River Oaks. I will never be going back to them again. Erika and Samantha were the best but they fired both of them. Just go somewhere else.

Interesting concept. This is a subscription based membership chain. Lots of paperwork to complete and personal information that they want you to share before booking the appointment. This is only my second time getting lashes and the final result was good. Not related, but they pump in a strong heavy scent into the rooms which made me nauseous. And the lash tech made me hold the fans to dry my eyes where as the other place I went to it was the technician that did this until the lashes were dry. Convenient location with lots of parking.
