If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. First of all, I made an appointment for 12:45. I get there at 12:40 and the person asks me if I can leave and come back later because she’s with someone right now. I tell her no, I can’t, because this is my lunch break and I schedule it at this time for a reason. She clicks her teeth, tells me to come back and sits down. She starts PLOPPING long strips of wax on my eyebrows, 1 entire strip for the bottom, and one entire strip for the top. No method whatsoever, no brushing, nothing. After my first brow, she takes a giant scoop of wax and as she’s bringing it over to my face a huge clump falls into my HAIR. and instead of saying sorry, she takes SCISSORS and cuts out an entire LOCK OF MY HAIR; thinking I wouldn’t notice the sound of the blades bc my eyes are closed. She wipes off my eyebrows with the cotton ball that has my chunk of head hair in it, shows my the mirror and they look like this. Terrible. These people should be ashamed to advertise this service when they are clearly untrained and unprofessional beyond belief. Do not ever go here.

Absolutely the best lash tech ever! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. Jenny is incredibly skilled, detailed, and truly passionate about her work. My lashes always look amazing every time I leave , natural, and perfectly styled! The whole experience was flawless, and I left feeling like a million bucks. Highly recommend her for anyone wanting top-notch lash services!

Jenny is absolutely the BEST! My lashes last for 2 weeks before losing a single lash. She is very fast and I have loved every single set she’s done! She’s also done my eyebrow tint & lamination which was perfect! I occasionally will get my brows waxed and she’s amazing at that as well!

Jenny is amazing!! I’ve been here twice and have gotten a lash lift + tint. She makes my lashes look amazing! I’ve been to different places, but no one has left them as good as Jenny. Her technique is phenomenal! Definitely recommend this place! 🤗
