Went to this place with out planning to do lashes. I was very happy with the service. I dont remember her name, she was a vietnami girl, very kind and friendly. Did her job really good. My lashes stayed more than a month.

I had extremely high expectations for this establishment, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing and concerning. I requested a full set and clearly stated that I was willing to pay extra for additional volume. The appointment was completed in under 30 minutes, and upon reviewing the final result, the lashes appeared sparse and far thinner than what I requested. I expressed my concerns to the technician, who added more lashes, but by that point the appointment had already extended beyond the time I expected and I had another appointment to attend. Although the set initially appeared acceptable, within a few days my eyelids became irritated and uncomfortable. The irritation became severe enough that I had to remove one of the lash clusters myself to relieve the tension on my eyelid. What I discovered was alarming — the cluster was excessively thick and appeared to have approximately seven lash extensions attached to only two of my natural lashes. As someone who gets lash extensions regularly, I have never experienced this level of improper application before. I attempted to let the extensions shed naturally, but the lashes have remained difficult to remove and continue to feel excessively hard and uncomfortable. I will attach a photo below to document the condition of the extensions. Overall, this experience fell far below professional standards, both in terms of application quality and lash health. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and will not be returning to this establishment. *Also this is under my alias account to avoid retaliation*

Hope Lash never misses. Every time I come in, I’m treated with so much care and attention they really make sure my lashes are perfect and comfortable. My sets always last so long and still look fresh weeks later. I literally be taking the best naps during my appointments because it’s so relaxing 😂. The vibe is peaceful, the work is flawless, and I always leave feeling confident and beautiful. I wouldn’t trust my lashes with anyone else 💕
